Description

A pair (2) of nicely molded filled nylon servo frames with an external bearing, to fit the MKS DS6125 Mini, DS6125, HBL6625, Mini HBL6625 and similarly sized servos. This product does not work with other manufacturer's (eg KST, Blue Bird) servos as the output spline size and retaining arm screw size is particular to MKS.

** This fame also fits the MKS HV6130 servo perfectly **

These frames speed-up servo installation, keep the servo secure and rigidly mounted, and also allow easy removal for maintenance or replacement. The external bearing reduces side load at the servo output arm, reducing compliance and extending the life of the servo. The external bearing reduces any free play, increasing the stiffness of the control surface, improving control and avoiding flutter problems.

Sold in pairs. Add one to the basket for mounting two servos.

If you want to be able to easily remove servos and also ensure a longer life then these are essential.

Easy to use and well designed.

Frame with bearing for the MKS DS6125

These frames give good support to the servo together with the integral bearing. A 'dry' practice installation is recommended. The only problem I found was that the frame is wider than the servo cut-out in the wing. This necessitated 2 extra 5mm dia holes in the wing skin to access the rear frame screws.

Mks frame

This item also fits my Mks Hv6130 and Hv6125 servos although only 2 fixing screw fit. There is also a space at the bottom which in my opinion will benefit from making and fitting my own spacer for a snug fit on the servo.

MKS Frame with bearing

Very well made servo frame with the addition of a output shaft bearing. One frame will accommodate either the full size or mini 6125/6625 servos and will fit the left or right side of the servo. Only 1.5 grams heavier than the wooden version of this mount.
